Reviews
The main reason this hotel has 3.8 out of 5 stars on Google is because you can't fault the location section, so it averages the score with the many 1 stars from other sections. I will try posting a few pics of the reality and only post here what I didn't write in the other sections. Generally dirty hotel and room. I am sure that when it was built or refurbished it looked great, just like the pics on Google, but sadly, i can tell all repairs and maintenance are done on the cheap. Wallpaper peeling of the wall, grout missing from a lot of tiles, cracked tiles, smears and stairs everywhere, entire shower enclosure and basin tap hystoricaly stained and discoloured. Found a black mark on my pillow case when I turned it over and also a long black hair (I have light hair myself and very short, so not mine).
Swimming pool water, pretty dirty.
The hamam spa they have is pretty deceiving also. Their ad says 900 lira for the service I wanted, however when I said I want to pay by card they said they have to add another 100. Also they flash a couple of younger, half decent looking women in the lobby, and to my surprise, I was bathed by a skinny Turkish man and my masseuse was a large Russian lady that looked in her early 50s. Lastly a young kid that looked 17-18 that works there, came twice in the dry sauna in the space of 5 minutes and chucked a lot of water on the coal which clearly didn't need it as it was very hot already. Surely that bucket and spoon is there for the clients to use at their discretion. When I said why is he throwing so much water he arrogantly answered "it's very good for you", almost like he assumed turkey is the only country that has saunas and know how to regulate the temperature.
Please read the other sections I commented bellow and hopefully I can add some pics of the reality.
The good things first: the view and the location of the hotel are very good. It is right by the sea. Whenever I needed something the service was fast and all the people were really nice. The bad things: the balcony door in my room didnt really close, after every shower the bathroom was flooded and the WiFi was really bad in the room. The pool was also dirty. I would say If you just need a place to stay then it is the right choice but If you want to stay in the hotel a lot of time then probably not.
If you want better and stronger internet connection go inside the cupboard I am not joking I spend 2 hours in it watching YouTube videos
Hello ||||I thought I would leave a review as I was worried about staying at this hotel due to the previous reviews. I am here as a solo traveller from the uk to have some dental work carried out the DCT klinik (dental centre turkey)|||| On …
Reviews were good so we thought we would book but they couldn't be more wrong. Checked in and went straight up to our rooms. Toilet leaking, air-conditioning not working, TV not working properly, curtains don't close all the way, could hear our neighbours very clearly through the walls and above, there was water damage on our roof which I'm assuming added to the bad smell and overall room clearly hasn't had any maintenance done since it opened. Tacky and dirty. Pictures are a lie online. Only positive about this hotel is the location. Ended up checking out for the remainder of our stay because it's just not worth what you pay for it.
The hotel has great location with a great view of the beach from your balcony. There is enough sunlight coming to your room during the day. The facilities are little bit old that seems like the lack of maintenance but clean in general. However, there were people singing karaoke during the night so you wouldn't have proper early sleep sometimes.
Perfect location, very close to the seaside. Staff speaks English, nice service. Breakfast buffet is ok but can be improved. I wished more fresh fruits and vegetables.
Restaurant at the entrance is great. Delicious and not expensive.
I highly recommend this Hotel
The location was quite good and the room service ladies were quite nice. But other than that, there were many negative issues. Internet was not working at the room, there was a water leakage and a bad smell at the toilet, air conditioner was not working, tv was not working. I would not stay again due to these issues.
